And Then They Were Fewer
A downloadable game for Windows
Developed by the team I Dunno Man for GDW.
"And Then They Were Fewer" is a single player, top down detective murder mystery game.
Players take the role of an intrepid detective who finds herself trapped inside a sprawling mansion. With the discovery of a dead body, and a potential killer on the loose, it’s up to you to find out which of the 6 other guests committed the crime!
● Explore the various rooms of a mysterious mansion, and discover the many secrets that are within.
● Interact with an eccentric cast of intriguing characters. Everyone’s got something to hide!
● Trust is key! Depending on how you choose to approach suspects in your interrogations, they may either help or hinder your investigation. The crime might even be pinned on you, if you’re not careful!***
(This is a very text heavy game, but pressing 'E' or the Spacebar will quicken the text speed).
Controls*:
-Keyboard or WASD to move**
-E to Interact with objects/initiate dialogue**
-I to access the clue book (It can be accessed in the interrogation room as well)
-Mouse to click**
-Esc to access the Pause Menu
- Q to Quit
*Note: While the game does indeed support controller input, there are some unresolved bugs when using a controller, and it is recommended to use a keyboard and mouse instead.
**WASD/The Keyboard and 'E' can be used to navigate & select the various dialogue options in the 3D interrogation sections, but using the mouse to click and select dialogue is the better method.
***Once you feel you have collected enough clues, and interrogated each character sufficiently, talk to the plant in the upper right corner of the room (next to the entrance of the lab). Mark Wahlberg would be proud!
***Each character has a unique ending. Use the mouse wheel to scroll down the end text screen. Avoid clicking the screen during the ending sections, if possible, until you feel you've read everything that you need to read.
